Could Engine Oil coming up throught the Air Suction Valve into the air filter be caused by bad valves?

I have an 85 Toyota Corolla SR5(Carbureted) that keeps spitting up oil into the air filter area. Changed the PCV Valve and hoses about 8 months ago and not noticing the normal %26quot;blow-by%26quot; in that area of the filter. I'm seeing it more on the side where the Air Suction Valve and the Air Suction Inlet are, almost as if its pumping oil up there. Could this be a sign of bad or worn out valves?

If your vehicle exhaust system is blocked you can experience back pressure in your engine check your muffler shop to check for clogged rear muffler, if all is well then you probably have worn piston rings or engine block wear.

See if oil return hole is plugged.
